			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It is always good to be asked to make some new furniture for an old customer and to get the opportunity to see how a bespoke piece of fitted furniture I designed a few years ago is looking.</p>
<p>However it&#8217;s a real treat when the last installation was 16 years ago.</p>
<p>Styles have moved on since then but it was good to see that this faux limed oak fitted wall unit looked as good as on the day it was installed.</p>

<p>We&#8217;ve recently teamed up with a London based interior design company whose owner is very keen to offer his clients bespoke, one-off pieces of ultra modern living room furniture in high-gloss with bold colour combinations.  check out the photo.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s not exactly &#8216;fitted&#8217; furniture as we know it but because the pieces tend to be quite large we are assembling them in fixed positions on-site. You can&#8217;t see it on this picture but under the shelf at the back is a long narrow storage area for table insert flaps.</p>
